After breaking up, I was reluctant to look for another relationship and just stayed in the dormitory. When I saw Liu Xin, I looked emaciated. The school holds a basketball competition every spring, and I actually didn't plan to come. Classes ended at 4:30 pm, but I slept through three classes, my eyes still drowsy, and I planned to go back to the dormitory to continue sleeping. However, when I was about to reach the dormitory, I heard cheers from the nearby basketball court. My roommates were excited and said they wanted to watch the basketball game. Since I thought going back to the dormitory would be boring, I followed them. On the way, I stopped by the supermarket to buy a bottle of water for our leader. Although he has a girlfriend, his relationship with our dormitory remains as strong as ever, and his girlfriend doesn't say anything about it.
We arrived just as the game was about to end. We saw Liu Xin grab the ball, stop, and shoot. A beautiful three-pointer narrowed the gap between our department and the Chemistry Department by three points. We only needed two more points to win, and everyone was very tense. When she made the second three-pointer that I saw, I was dumbfounded. It was then that I realized girls could also shoot so well. After winning the game, we ran to congratulate our leader on his first victory since becoming the sports minister. He proudly said, "Thanks to Liu Xin, I'm glad I brought her over; she's a real talent." Then we looked at the girl who had scored the two three-pointers. Liu Xin playfully punched our leader and said, "Alright, I overperformed today. I've never been able to score so many three-pointers before." Laughter filled the entire basketball court. I looked at Liu Xin and smiled. She glanced at all of us and then fixed her gaze on me, saying, "What are you smiling at?" I was startled and didn't know what to do. She laughed loudly, "You can't take a joke." Then she left with her teammates. Our leader also left with his girlfriend, as there was always a banquet after a victory.
Back in the dormitory, I turned on my computer and went online. Suddenly, that name popped into my mind—Liu Xin... She was quite a cool girl. I started collecting information about Liu Xin absentmindedly and was surprised to find out that we had been in the same class for almost a year. She was continuing her studies, which is why she attended classes with our cohort, yet I had never seen her—it was strange indeed. So, missing classes really makes you miss a lot of potential encounters. Neither of us liked attending classes much. When she was there, I wasn't, and when I was there, she wasn't—it was such a coincidence. But since we met, I started attending classes more frequently, and it seemed like she did too, because I could see her during class. As a direct-entry student, I usually sat in the front row following the crowd, while Liu Xin sat in the back row. After class, I occasionally turned around to look at her and then talked to classmates behind me. Sometimes she was sleeping, other times she was playing around with classmates.
After picking up two letters from the reception room and closing the door, I turned around and happened to meet Liu Xin's squinting eyes.
Liu Xin: Classmate, what era is this where people still write letters?
I was stunned for a few seconds and then smiled, saying it was just a personal hobby.
Liu Xin said sarcastically, "Oh~"
I turned to leave, but she snatched the letter from my hand. Startled, I demanded, "Give it back."
Liu Xin: "So nervous, is it a love letter?"
Then she looked at the envelope: "And it's from a girl, do you have this habit?"
Gu Tiancheng? Real name or fake?
I stood in front of her, at a loss.

But I maintained an expressionless face and said, "Give it back."
Liu Xin: "Do you want me to give it back?"
"Then write me a love letter."
"No need. Why should I write one? I don't know you that well. If I say no, then no. Give the letter back."
She hesitated for a moment, and I snatched the letter from her hand and left.
Back in the dormitory, I slowly read the letter after opening it. Weiwei still spoke to me in her usual narrative tone about things happening around her. She mentioned four-leaf clovers, which reminded me of a small patch of sunflowers planted by the nursery near the computer building. Maybe I could find a four-leaved sunflower there.
During lunch, I specifically went to the small nursery, squatting among the flowers searching carefully. After a while, I heard footsteps approaching from behind. Just as I was about to stand up, I overheard their conversation. Though their voices were low, I could hear clearly enough.
"I don't love you anymore."
"I know."
"Then why are you still looking for me?"
"I just want to tell you, Chen Zhe is not someone you can handle."
"That's none of your business."
There was a pause, and silence ensued. I considered whether I should get up, as it would be awkward to appear suddenly at this moment. Turning my head slightly, I saw Liu Xin kissing another girl.
After a short while, they stopped, and the girl said, "Don't look for me anymore. This is the end."
Liu Xin replied, "Alright."
I watched the girl leave and then looked at Liu Xin's cold face. Then she looked at me and said, "Come out."
I stood up and asked, "How could you see me?"
Liu Xin: "I saw you when I came. Otherwise, I wouldn't have switched positions with her. She would feel awkward if she saw someone here."
I sneered, "You really protect her."
Liu Xin: "Are you jealous?"
"Ha ha, you're too arrogant."
Liu Xin walked towards me, grabbed my chin, and kissed me. I closed my eyes and enjoyed her kiss. Just as I was about to open my mouth to accept her deeper kiss, she stopped, a smirk on her lips, "I knew you were gay."
I looked up and stared into her deep brown eyes, "So what?"
"So, I want you to be my girlfriend."
"Okay, I agree."
Liu Xin seemed a bit surprised, "Why did you agree without hesitation?"
I smiled, "Why should I hesitate?"
Liu Xin took my phone, dialed a number, and hung up. "Save my number. I'll call you, girlfriend."
I took my phone and saved her number. After confirming, she put her arm around my shoulder and said, "Dear, accompany me to dinner."
Without thinking too much, I just felt that having a sudden girlfriend was a bit unfamiliar. Although I knew I was gay, I had never thought about finding a real girlfriend. Instead, I just wanted to marry a boy I didn't dislike and have children, living life that way. But then I met her. I don't know what the future holds, but at least right now, I do want to be with her.
As we held hands and walked outside the school, Liu Xin told me some of her stories along the way. She was from a single-parent family, living with her mother in a residential compound. She had dated many girlfriends but didn't want others to know she was gay, so she kept her relationships discreet. Hearing this, I felt uncomfortable inside. She had dated many girlfriends...
What about me? I agreed to be with her after knowing her for only a few days. Perhaps I wouldn't be valued. I tend to dwell on things, so the more I thought about it, the sadder I became. I lowered my head and tightly bit my lip.
She noticed my unnaturalness, turned to look at me, and seeing this, gripped my hand even tighter, "It's all in the past. I just want you to understand me. Don't think too much."
Drumming up the courage, I still asked, "Then why did you break up with them?"
She coldly answered, "They cheated."
Then she turned me around, pointing her index finger at my nose, "If you follow their example..."

I looked at her, "Then what about you? Will you cheat?"
She retook my hand and continued walking forward, "No. If you don't leave, I won't abandon you."
I bitterly smiled, fearing she might have said the same to others, but how many girls she had abandoned, I couldn't possibly know. We had just met.
Passing by a fruit stall, I spotted the girl Liu Xin had just broken up with, in the fantasy genre, now nestled in the arms of a handsome young man picking apples. She tilted her head and asked the person beside her, "Dear, are these enough?"
The boy kissed her forehead, "Enough, one is enough."
The girl pouted, "You only think about yourself, what about me?"
The boy said, "I'll chew it and feed you."
Actually, when the 'boy' spoke, I realized it was a girl dressed as a boy. Perhaps noticing I was staring, as we passed by them, the 'boy' squinted at me, a crooked smile forming on her lips. Her yellow bangs covered half of her right eye, and I noticed she wore blue diamond contact lenses with a small nose ring, giving her an air of mischief.
She lifted her chin slightly, "Dear, look who's here."
The girl turned her head, and upon hearing this, Liu Xin also stopped and smiled at them.
Liu Xin: "Chen Zhe, you seem pretty happy."
The stylish girl named Chen Zhe tightened her hold on the girl beside her, "Yes, but I didn't expect you to find a new one so quickly."
The girl looked uneasy, "Liu Xin, what do you intend to do to me? It's none of Chen Zhe's business."
Liu Xin said disdainfully, "That's your business. We've already broken up. Shen Jing, you'd better keep your Chen Zhe under control."
She emphasized the word 'your' when she said it, then pulled me away from the fruit stall.
I quietly asked, "Do you know that girl?"
Liu Xin: "You mean Chen Zhe? We used to know each other."
In that case, Liu Xin's wife was stolen by her friend, a rather cliché plot indeed.
I looked at her, "Are you okay?"
Liu Xin: "I'm fine. Once we break up, I won't miss her. But you'd better behave yourself. If you follow her example, you'll be the one crying in the end."
I lowered my head, "That won't happen."
I ordered a dish of mushroom chicken, sat by the window, and watched Liu Xin eat. She noticed me staring at her intently and smiled, "What's wrong?"
"Nothing, just eat."
Liu Xin looked at me and put the rice in her spoon into her mouth, speaking indistinctly, "Do you want to try?"
"No, I've already eaten."
She scooped up a piece of meat and offered it to me, causing my face to turn red, refusing to open my mouth.
She laughed, "Why are you blushing? You didn't blush when we kissed earlier."
"I..." She moved the spoon closer to my mouth unexpectedly, and my lips touched the piece of chicken, making my face even redder.
Seeing my embarrassment, Liu Xin swallowed the food in her mouth, "Hey, you're so shy. It already touched your lips, might as well eat it."
I had no choice but to open my mouth. Just as I bit into the chicken on the spoon, I saw two people enter the door—the girl named Chen Zhe and Liu Xin's ex-girlfriend Shen Jing. They were truly persistent.
A little flustered, I quickly chewed the chicken and pushed away Liu Xin's spoon. Liu Xin asked, "What's wrong?" while turning to look back.
Chen Zhe led Shen Jing over, "Oh, you're already so close with your new lover after breaking up. Your little girlfriend even blushes."
Liu Xin glanced at Chen Zhe, "Go have dinner with your girlfriend. Don't ruin our mood."
Chen Zhe shrugged, leading Shen Jing to the counter. Throughout the process, Shen Jing leaned against Chen Zhe, looking provocatively at me with a happy expression.
I suddenly felt very awkward, being fed for the first time and being seen by her ex-girlfriend and her new girlfriend.
Liu Xin lost interest and stopped teasing me, quickly finishing her meal and pulling me out. As we left, I saw Chen Zhe and Shen Jing feeding each other, winking at us.
All the way, Liu Xin remained silent, just pulling me forward. I followed her to the school garden, found a bench, and sat down.
I didn't know how to console her, and she didn't speak either, just coldly staring at a flower in front of her.
Then she stood up and abruptly knocked the flower onto the ground, scattering petals everywhere on the grass and leaves.
I was shocked, staring at the flower that was now just a bud, and she turned her gaze directly on me.
Then she walked over, bent down, grabbed my chin, and started kissing me, forcing her tongue into my mouth with a hint of dominance. I let out a soft cry.
She simply pulled me up and embraced me passionately. I could only respond, letting her long tongue explore my mouth thoroughly.
After a while, she stopped, and I opened my eyes. She looked at me seriously, "How many people have you kissed? Your kissing skills are pretty good."
I replied, "You're the second."
"Was the first male or female? How long did you date?"
"Male, for three months."
"Reason for breaking up?"
"I couldn't accommodate him, you know what I mean."
"So you're not a virgin?"
"No, if you care, then we can break up."
She pushed me onto the chair forcefully, "I care, I care a lot, but I won't break up."
I sneered, "What do you want from me?"
"Your body."
"I'll give it."
Liu Xin was taken aback again, "Are you that casual?"
I coldly responded, "Yes."
We were at an impasse. I was sitting on the chair in the position she had pushed me into, and she was standing facing me. Due to the originally uncomfortable posture, my arm started to ache after such a long time, and my face involuntarily twitched.
She sat down and pulled me into her arms, "Baby, I'm sorry. I was a bit angry earlier. Are you tired?"
I rubbed my face against her chest pitifully, "Yes, my arm hurts."
She pulled my supporting arm and started massaging it gently. Suddenly, a sound escaped from my nose, and she softly said, "If you're uncomfortable, just say so."
I replied, "No, I don't want to be misunderstood," feeling a bit better, I withdrew my arm and leaned against her chest.
She gently patted my head, "Let's go to a hotel tonight."
My body stiffened, and she looked down at me, "What? Don't want to? Who said they would give earlier?"
I looked up at her, a painful expression on my face, "My period started yesterday."
She looked at me disbelievingly, "Really?"
I nodded, and then I felt her hand reaching into my pants from behind, touching briefly before withdrawing, laughing, "What a coincidence. My period started today."
I burst out laughing. She pushed me lightly, "What are you laughing at?"
I continued laughing, "Nothing, nothing."
She tapped my nose, "You should say 'Laugh at you.'"
I chuckled twice, "Laugh at you."
She responded, "Are you P?"
I immediately retorted, "Are you T?"
She was taken aback again, "I've never heard anyone respond like that before."
Melancholy instantly overwhelmed me, "Then how did they respond?"
She realized she had said something wrong and hugged me tighter, "You're too sensitive. From now on, I'll only respond like that to you."
She hugged me and started kissing my cheeks, moving up to my ears, nibbling on my earlobes with her tongue teasing them. Feeling a bit unaccustomed to being kissed on the ear, or perhaps my body hadn't bloomed in a long time and was a bit rusty, her breathing started getting heavier, and her tongue tried to enter my ear canal. I let out a soft cry but quickly realized we were outside, so I controlled my thoughts and let her linger near my ear.
She slowly stopped, started kissing my lips, and then delved deeper. I wrapped my arms around her neck, losing control of my body, my mind blank.
I imitated her, kissing her cheek, then nibbled on her earlobe, teasing her ear stud with my tongue, and then inserted my tongue into her ear. I felt her grip on me tighten, her breathing getting heavier.
Indeed, her most sensitive area was her ears, which is why she wanted to stimulate mine. I smiled faintly. All those years of reading novels weren't wasted. Although I lacked practical experience, my theoretical knowledge was solid.
She seemed unable to bear it any longer, her hand reached my chest, whispering in my ear, "Baby, go out with me today."
I agreed.
After kissing for a while, we gradually calmed down. She stood up and extended her hand to me, "Let's go, check into a hotel."
I slowly stood up, "Today is my second day... I feel a bit uncomfortable."
