He made contact with a netizen named "Original Silk Queen", whose real name was Xiao Hong, and found the apartment at Fangting according to the route introduced by Xiao Hong. "As soon as I entered the room, I saw a row of role-playing costumes for SM hanging on a clothes rack near the window, and there were many silk stockings on the nearby box," said Huang. He picked out 20 pairs of stockings worth 2000 yuan and some lingerie, intending to buy them. Then they started discussing the service price. After listening to the introduction of various service items' prices by Xiao Hong, Huang chose the "foot fetish" and "scenario performance" projects, agreeing on 800 yuan for 120 minutes.
The death cause of Xiao Hong was very unusual, known as positional asphyxia death. After autopsy, the forensic doctor found many blood clots in her heart cavity. The forensic analysis showed that Xiao Hong's death was a very slow process. Her hands and feet were tied together behind her back, and her body was in a hyperextended position. Maintaining this position for a long time could lead to suffocation and death.
Later, because Xiao Hong proposed that the time had exceeded the agreed 2 hours, she asked him to add 400 yuan. He refused, so Xiao Hong rushed through the service. As a result, he tied her up inside the house and left. On December 30, 2009, Xiao Hong's body was discovered by a real estate agent employee, more than a month after she was bound.
According to reports, due to dissatisfaction with the prostitution fee and service, Huang tied up the "Silk Foot Queen" in the apartment and abandoned her, leading to her death. Yesterday, it was learned that the No. 1 Intermediate People's Court sentenced Huang to life imprisonment for intentional homicide.
Huang, 35, is from Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, and has been punished by law for illegal detention and drug use. According to the prosecution, on the evening of November 24, 2009, Huang engaged in debauchery with Xiao Hong (alias) in the rented apartment at Fangting in the West Zone of Zhongguancun, Haidian District. He then fled the scene after tying her up. Due to being unable to free herself for a long time, Xiao Hong died from positional asphyxia.
The court held that when Huang entered the Fangting apartment, he was aware of the strict door access management system. By tying up Xiao Hong and abandoning her in the room, he prevented her from receiving timely help from others, which led to her death. Therefore, he was found guilty of intentional homicide and sentenced to life imprisonment.
