The new tennis lights at Country Club Scottsdale have been installed, and we now have night play available at The Country Club at DC Ranch. The light switch is located on the pole between the upper and lower courts. We kindly ask that you turn off the lights when you're finished playing if no other members are using the courts at that time. The lights will automatically shut off at 10:00 p.m.

Junior Tennis Clinics for July are being offered at the Club! The new tennis court reservation system at Country Club Scottsdale will be operational soon. You will find a link on our club website that directs you to the system. Once it's officially launched, it will be important for everyone to use the system to book a court, just like booking a tee time. The system at Country Club Scottsdale is run through ForeTees and will allow you to book courts as well as receive communication about the tennis program. When booking a court at Country Club Scottsdale, we ask that you include the names of all players, including guests.

When was the last time you had your racket restrung at The Country Club at DC Ranch, a Scottsdale private golf club? Tennis racket strings will lose their tension and effectiveness if they are not restrung regularly. The Country Club at DC Ranch, located in North Scottsdale, is the premier country club offering an exclusive yet welcoming lifestyle, social, and sporting opportunities for couples, families, and professionals. Situated at the base of the McDowell Mountains, The Country Club at DC Ranch reflects the history and charm of its origins as a desert camp cattle ranch from the early 1900s.

For racket restringing, Dave Moyer, Director of Tennis, and his wife Wendy, who recently earned a #19 national ranking in Husband & Wife Mixed Doubles in the United States Tennis Association, can help. Simply drop your racket off with Dave at The Country Club at DC Ranch, a Scottsdale private golf club, and he will have it restrung within 48 hours. At a minimum, you should restring your racket once a year if you play 0-1 times a week. If you play twice a week, it’s recommended to restring every six months. You'll be surprised by how much better your racket will feel with new strings.
