Breakfast: Had some (slept in). Western food: A small bowl of steamed noodles soaked in boiling water twice, 1100ML of porridge (drank it all in batches). Dinner: 1 apple, 2 pomegranates. Activity: About 80 minutes of cycling and walking.

Explanation: LG has always been a bit on the heavy side, even though he eats a lot of rice with every meal. In my view, it's definitely excessive. Aside from his body size, it might also have something to do with him doing 100 sit-ups every night. Since we've known each other, I've always been round and plump. His weight is over 58KG, and he's 172CM tall. Since I started losing weight, I set my goal at 58KG because I want to be lighter than LG at least. Since I started losing weight, LG's weight has actually increased by nearly 1KG, now around 59KG. Finally, I am completely lighter than him. I hope he can gain more weight, at least above 60KG, while I aim for around 50KG. Tonight's dinner was a bit oily and I ate a lot. I praised LG (he made dinner) while eating, saying it was delicious. I ate two large bowls (250ML bowls), and LG said if I wanted to eat another bowl since it was so good. But I stopped and put down my chopsticks and bowl. This is an improvement because before, I could easily eat three bowls or more. Last night, I did laundry and cleaned, from about 6 PM to 9 PM, which burned quite a few calories. Today, I weigh 58.1KG, which is still within an acceptable range.

Yesterday afternoon after work, LG had already prepared the steamed noodles, which is something he does relatively well and also fits my taste. Usually, we have rice, but sometimes we change the flavor. Actually, steamed noodles are different from the cold wet noodles popular in Wuhan. I can make them too, but there's still a difference between what I make and what LG makes.

Steps:

1. Prepare all ingredients: slightly fatty pork, vegetables to line the bottom of the pot such as green beans, a few red or green peppers, scallions, ginger, etc.

2. Stir-fry the lean meat over low heat, then add the green beans and other vegetables on top, adding an appropriate amount of water. Slightly stir-fry, then place the dry ingredients on top. Cover and cook over high heat for 10 minutes, then reduce to low heat.

3. When the noodles start to change color, they are almost cooked. At this point, you can prepare the sauce to pour over the noodles. The purpose is twofold: to enhance the flavor and to prevent the noodles from drying out. Use half a bowl of cold water, and you can add sesame oil, soy sauce, chopped scallions, etc., according to your taste. Pour evenly over the noodles using a spoon and gently mix with chopsticks.

4. After sprinkling the sauce, continue cooking over low heat for a moment, then cover for about 5 minutes. Finally, use chopsticks to mix the vegetables and noodles evenly, and it's done.
