Strengthen the infrastructure construction and teacher team building in primary and secondary schools, select 126 college graduates to teach in rural primary and secondary schools. During the summer vacation, three training sessions for teachers in rural primary and secondary schools were held, training 700 teachers. Jiangsu Talent Recruitment Network dispatched 15 physicians from county-level medical institutions to exchange and sit in clinics at township health centers, alleviating the current shortage of rural medical talents.

Deeply study the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee, and the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee. Seize project construction and vigorously cultivate backbone talents in rural areas. Implemented the Sunshine Project Training for 900 people; labor skills training in reforestation areas for 1843 people; water-saving irrigation skills training for 7046 people; farmers' entrepreneurship training for 32 people; tractor driver training for 2111 people. Seriously implemented the "Goji Berry Cultivation Leader" training project. Hosted the "Rural Goji Berry Cultivation Leader" training course in various townships, training 1036 people. Following the idea of "focusing on dominant industries, training professional farmers, entering villages to hold classes, developing one village one product", held five new farmer science and technology training courses, training 500 farmers. Seize skills training to improve the quality of the talent team. Fully utilize the training base of the County Party School, hosting more than 20 training sessions for section-level cadres, discipline inspection cadres, young and middle-aged cadres, Youth League cadres, and village cadres at the County Party School, training more than 2000 cadres of all kinds. Relying on each relevant functional department and industry party committee, organize various short and long-term training programs within their business scope, effectively expanding the coverage of training.
