500 meters upstream from Yulong Bridge, single-arch stone bridge, the bridge deck, railings, and steps are all made of square stones. It was built during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. The bridge is 30 meters long, 5 meters wide, and 10 meters high. It is one of the three ancient bridges in Yangshuo. There is an ancient tree at each end of the bridge. The length and height of the bridge are roughly similar. From afar, the arch of the bridge and its reflection connect, resembling a full moon. Standing at the bridgehead, you can see green mountains surrounding, green water winding around the village, presenting a typical southern China landscape.

The Yulong River is a river located in Guilin City, referring to the section from Shiwai Taoyuan in Baise to Gongnong Bridge at the Great Banyan Tree, about 16 kilometers long, 38-61 meters wide, and 0.5-2 meters deep. The water quality is clear all year round, with slow-flowing water. The peaks on both sides of the Yulong River are graceful and continuous, with various shapes. The riverbank is covered with green grass, lush bamboo, and dense trees. The water of the Yulong River is like green jade, clear and bright, where fish swim leisurely, and rafts drift gently, all visible. When a gentle breeze brushes across the water surface, it creates ripples like notes played by a violin, quiet and light.

Coming to Guilin and not touring the Li River is a regret; coming to Yangshuo and not seeing the Yulong River is even more of a pity. The Yulong River is known as the "Little Li River" and is the essence of Yangshuo's landscapes. It is famous for its green mountains, clear waters, lush bamboo, unique bridges, and clever villages. It is a rare beauty among Guilin's landscapes and the best representation of Yangshuo's scenery.

The stone arch bridge on the tributary of the Yulong River is the oldest stone arch bridge in Guangxi. The bridge is 2.2 meters high, 26 meters long, and 4 meters wide. It was built in the fifth year of Xuanhe in the Song Dynasty (1123 AD). The structure of the bridge is unique, adopting a very rare parallel brick method, using nine groups of token stones to build the arch, consisting of 281 parallel stones. After more than eight hundred years of wind and rain erosion and flood impact, the bridge remains intact.

The Yulong River is a beautiful river, known as the "Little Li River". Especially the section below the Yulong Bridge to Heshan Jinkao River mouth where it converges with the Jinbao River, about 12 kilometers long, features towering peaks, lush greenery, crisscrossing fields, and scattered villages. You can enjoy scenic spots such as Yulong Bridge, Rhinoceros Gazing at the Moon, Chuan Mountain Ancient Fort, Ruins of Guiyi City, Five-Finger Mountain, Shuangliu Mouth, Flying Horse in the Sky, and others, which represent another fine view of Yangshuo's landscapes. Major tourist attractions along the Yulong River include Fuli Bridge, Yulong Bridge, Ruins of Guiyi Ancient City, Xiangu桂Bridge, Old County Residential Cluster, and the "Little Li River" scenery.

Zhouzhai is a small village, worth seeing is the clear Yulong River flowing at the village entrance and the high-standing stone arch bridge spanning the river less than ten meters wide. This bridge has a history of over 200 years, also named Wangfu Bridge, which is the first ancient stone bridge on the Yulong River. The bridge deck has been eroded thin, but the semi-circular shape of the bridge arch is still very complete, showing the solid skills of ancient craftsmen. Under the bridge, there are several women washing clothes. They are still using ancient traditional methods of washing clothes, rubbing, pounding, making sounds, when asked why they don't use washing machines, they say "can't afford detergent, let alone washing machines", it feels like stepping into another era. Asking the villagers about the origin of the Yulong River, they can't answer, only knowing some old stories passed down by the older generation: "This Wuzhi Mountain ahead, under the mountain is Monkey King. He will be released after 500 years, able to save all living beings...," it really feels like entering the "Peach Blossom Spring" written by Tao Yuanming. Finding Zhouzhai is equivalent to finding the upper reaches of the Yulong River, but this is just the first step of a "long march."

Characteristic Landscape: A stone arch bridge on the Yulong River, located beside Yulong Village in Baita Town, built during the Ming Dynasty. The bridge is 60 meters long, 5 meters wide, 9 meters high, and spans 18 meters, entirely constructed of stones without mortar, remaining undamaged after hundreds of years, it is a key cultural relic in Yangshuo County. The bridge body is majestic and magnificent, with vines climbing on both sides of the stone bridge, ancient and elegant; the water flows gently beneath the bridge. Generation after generation of villagers have drawn water and washed clothes here. As time passes, the Yulong Bridge witnesses the vicissitudes of life but remains as strong as ever. The first set of shots in the movie "Third Sister Liu" were filmed here. There stands a "Victory Monument of the Anti-Japanese War in Yulong Village" on the bridge, narrating the heroic deeds of the local people who held out for nine months at Zhujiazhai (also known as Tianzuozhai) across the Yulong Bridge, fighting bloodily against the Japanese invaders and achieving victory. During the "Cultural Revolution," the monument was smashed and thrown into the river. In 1987, the government salvaged the lower half of the broken monument and managed to restore it to its original position on the bridge for remembrance. Due to its convenient location and fame far and wide, many domestic and foreign tourists visit here every day.
