KooCall offers a free web callback phone service that can help landline, PHS (Personal Handy-phone System), and mobile phone users talk for free. The prerequisite, however, is that receiving calls on your mobile phone must be free of charge.

Principle of the call: When you use KooCall to call your friend, KooCall will first call your mobile phone (number). After you answer, KooCall will then call your friend's mobile phone (number). In this way, both you and your friend are the recipients of the call.
