The oscillator CX1 together with pins 18 and 19 of IC1 forms the clock oscillation circuit, while IC2, D2, R10, and C10 compose the reset circuit. Upon measuring, the voltage at the reset end was normal. Further examination of the clock oscillation circuit revealed that the oscillator CX1 was damaged.
