BookMooch: a website for swapping old books

BookMooch, a website for swapping old books that was just born in early August this year. The swapping process is very simple: list the books you no longer want online, and if someone needs them (they can search or browse through the old books others have listed), you send the book to them, and you will receive one point. When you find an old book you like, you can use this point to swap for someone else's old book. The shipping cost is borne by the owner of the old book. Essentially, it's a mutually beneficial activity because when someone sends you a book, they also have to bear the shipping cost (when you register, you can choose to only accept domestic mail or international mail). Hehe, all books are equal, each worth one point. However, such a setting does make sense because the value of the same book varies from person to person. Swapping allows both parties to get the books they like. I wonder if I can find some nice Chinese old books over there :).

There isn't such a website domestically yet. I think this model might be worth trying in China too?
