Analysis and Maintenance: The operating current of the air conditioner was detected to be 12.5A, low-pressure pressure at 0.5MPa, outlet air temperature at 12℃, and inlet air at 30℃. The basic operation of the air conditioner seemed normal. After running for a while, the operating current gradually increased, and the outlet air temperature also started to rise. About an hour later, the air conditioner entered a protection mode (shutdown). It was suspected that the poor heat dissipation of the outdoor unit caused the thermal protection shutdown. Observations revealed that the outdoor unit was not directly exposed to sunlight, and the condenser was not dirty either. When water was used to cool the condenser, the outdoor unit would not enter the protection mode. This led to the judgment that there might be an issue with pipeline blockage. Upon checking the pipelines, it was found that the low-pressure connection pipe was flattened when passing through the wall hole, causing partial blockage in the system and poor cooling performance. After reprocessing the connection pipes, the cooling function returned to normal.
