Zhou Jing pierced his throat with a steel spear and pushed a police car weighing over 1 ton.
Xiangtan (reporter Yanhuang Zhu) - Some traffic police have great driving skills and can drive away a car without any problem, but what about pushing a car with a steel spear piercing the throat? On the morning of August 5, we witnessed an amazing feat by a highly skilled traffic police officer at the Yuhu Traffic Police Detachment in Xiangtan. His name is Zhou Jing.
Pushing a car with a steel spear piercing the throat and breaking large stones while lying on a bed of nails
A Jetta police car quietly parked in the yard weighed over 1 ton. Pushing it with all one's might did not move it an inch. Zhou Jing was dressed in dark-colored training clothes, with a red belt around his waist, revealing strong muscles. He casually picked up a steel spearhead and lightly stabbed it, securing it firmly on a wooden stick. Melbourne high school rankings.
The performance began. Zhou Jing closed his eyes slightly, placed his left hand on his hip, and slowly raised his right hand from his lower abdomen to gather energy. After a brief pause, he let out a loud shout, grabbed the long steel spear, and thrust its tip against his own throat while the other end of the spear pressed against the police car. Steel does not recognize people; the sharp end pierced through flesh while the other end supported the massive car. Any misstep could lead to unimaginable consequences.
"Hey!" Zhou Jing spread his arms and exerted force. A miracle occurred as the car, supported by the steel spear, slowly began to move backward, 10 cm, 30 cm, 60 cm, 1 meter... It moved forward a total of 3 meters. The onlookers couldn't help but applaud.
"I almost died!" Seeing the red indentation left on Zhou Jing's throat where the spearhead had been, Ms. Zhou in the audience patted her chest and exclaimed. As everyone's hearts were still racing, Zhou Jing took off his training clothes, bared his upper body, and lay down on a bed of nails filled with three-inch steel spikes. Four people then carried a 100-kilogram block of sandstone and pressed it onto his chest and abdomen.
When Zhou Jing's apprentice swung the iron hammer, everyone's hearts once again leapt into their throats. "Snap!" The hammer struck, sending stone chips and sparks flying in all directions. The sandstone broke into two pieces, yet Zhou Jing remained unscathed. Only the rows of "small pits" pricked into his back sent shivers down everyone's spines.
It takes at least two or three years to master Iron Shirt
Zhou Jing's first apprenticeship was as an acrobat in a circus troupe in the early 1980s when he was only 13 years old. To become a disciple, he needed to pay tuition of 33 yuan and 3 jiao, but at the time, his family was very poor, and they could only scrape together 3 yuan, 3 jiao, and 3 fen. In the circus, Zhou Jing eagerly took on every menial task, and his sincerity moved his master, who made an exception and accepted this poor disciple.
At the beginning of his martial arts training, his master taught him the Tiger Crouching Skill. This skill is similar to push-ups, where one lies prone, hands supporting the ground, eyes focused forward until exhausted. Initially, the palms support the ground, then fists, and eventually just the thumb and forefinger. This basic skill strengthens the arms, waist, and abdominal muscles and enhances the body's ability to withstand blows.
The path of martial arts is arduous. Every morning at 4 o'clock, while others were still asleep, Zhou Jing would quietly get up and start practicing alone. Zhou Jing said: "Hard Qi Gong involves external training of tendons, bones, and skin, and internal cultivation of breath. Morning practice is the most tranquil, and the mind is most focused."
The pinnacle of hard Qi Gong is the Iron Shirt skill, which allows one to be "impervious to blades and bullets." Zhou Jing explained that during initial training, a cloth ball is used as a hammer to strike the entire body front and back. At first, it feels very painful, but over time, the sensation diminishes. When one can endure strikes from a wooden mallet without pain, the training progresses to using an iron hammer. Once one can withstand strikes from an iron hammer across the entire body without feeling pain, the Iron Shirt skill is considered complete. Such training must persist for at least two or three years for the chest and back to become as hard as iron. Consequently, head-splitting steel plates, breaking sticks on the body, and bare-handed splitting of bricks became routine parts of Zhou Jing's martial arts practice.
Fighting knife-wielding thugs bare-handed is effortless
In 1987, at the age of 18, Zhou Jing donned the much-desired military uniform and became a soldier in the Hunan Provincial Armed Police Corps. During his time in the military, his skills greatly improved. In 1998, Zhou Jing returned to his hometown of Xiangxiang for a visit.
One evening, a group of young men wielding machetes caused trouble outside the Xiangxiang Cinema. Zhou Jing and one of his comrades saw this and stepped in to stop them. Zhou Jing was wearing a military coat, and there were 12 of them. The leader pointed his knife at Zhou Jing and shouted, "Looking for death!" One of the youths swung his knife at Zhou Jing, who deftly dodged and struck the youth's wrist with a palm strike, disarming him. The youth clutched his wrist in pain. Another youth charged from behind, and Zhou Jing delivered a sidekick, causing the youth to clutch his stomach and curl up on the ground, unable to move. The rest of the gang realized Zhou Jing's prowess and scattered like bees.
In 2005, after being discharged from the military, Zhou Jing was assigned to the Yuhu Traffic Police Detachment and became a traffic police officer. One time, a private car illegally made a U-turn at a crossroads and was stopped by Zhou Jing on duty. The rude driver pointed his finger at Zhou Jing's nose and yelled obscenities. However, Zhou Jing did not lose his temper. After saluting the driver, he kindly pointed out the violation and smiled as he issued a ticket.
To date, Zhou Jing has trained over 200 disciples.
