Fault Analysis and Maintenance: If the water pressure and flow of the inlet pipe are basically normal, then the possible cause of this fault could be due to a reduced cross-sectional area of the water passage inside the inlet valve or the valve not being fully open. Upon checking the water passage, it was found that the passage was blocked by debris. After clearing the blockage and conducting a trial run, the fault remained unchanged. The inlet solenoid valve was then opened for inspection, with no abnormalities detected, indicating that the inlet solenoid valve was in good condition. With the solenoid valve intact, the fault might be caused by the water level switch. One plug from the water level switch was unplugged, and the resistance between the two terminals was measured using the ohmmeter function of a multimeter. If the water level in the drum has not reached the predetermined level, the two terminals should be closed with a resistance of 0Ω. Then, when water is added to the predetermined level, the two terminals should be open circuit with infinite resistance.

The measurement results indicated that the water level switch was damaged, causing poor water inflow. After replacing the water level switch and conducting a trial run, the washing machine worked normally, and the fault was resolved.
