**Troubleshooting:**
After removing the rear cover of the washing machine, check the motor's operating condition. When the power is turned on, the fault reoccurs. Touching the motor’s casing reveals a sensation of electrical leakage. Immediately cut off the power and use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the motor's starting winding, running winding, and the motor casing. At the Beijing Samsung Washing Machine Repair Center, it was found that the insulation resistance between the running winding and the common terminal was approximately 5MΩ, which should normally be greater than 50MΩ. The insulation resistance between the starting winding and the common terminal was around 25MΩ, which should also be greater than 50MΩ under normal working conditions. Based on this, it can be determined that the motor's insulation has been severely damaged. After replacing the motor with one of the same specification, the machine was tested and found to operate normally, resolving the fault.

**Fault Analysis:**
Upon checking the power circuit, connecting wires, and plugs/outlets, no abnormalities were found. Measuring the output voltage of the microprocessor program controller revealed it to be normal, indicating that the microprocessor program controller is functioning correctly. This suggests that there may be an issue with the washing motor or the start capacitor. Upon inspection, the start capacitor was found to be in good condition, leading to the conclusion that the washing motor is faulty.

**Symptoms:**
For Samsung washing machines, after turning on the power, the washing motor does not start and is accompanied by abnormal sounds.
