Analysis and Maintenance: Open the injection port and find that the amount of refrigerant discharged is very little. Segmental pressurization was applied to each system for 24 hours of observation, and no leakage was found. Thus, it was judged as a lack of refrigerant. After adding the refrigerant according to the procedure and repairing it, the cooling worked normally. Two months later, the same fault occurred again. After another pressure test, the results were still the same as before. This refrigeration cycle system consists of: compressor anti-condensation pipe (hidden part inside the condenser), external condenser, filter, capillary tube, evaporator, and compressor. This fault only occurs during operation, which may be due to leakage in the evaporator or thermal expansion leakage in the condenser. First, use the thermal expansion method for inspection. Segmentally pressurize the evaporator, anti-condensation pipe, and external condenser, and heat each part with a hairdryer to reach a temperature of 50~60℃. Stop heating and observe whether there are any changes in pressure in each part. Upon inspection, it was found that the anti-condensation pipe had a leak. During repair, the anti-condensation pipe can be removed (which has no impact on the cooling effect, but only lacks the anti-condensation function), and the external condenser can be directly connected to the compressor, with other parts restored. After injecting the refrigerant, the machine started working normally, and the fault was eliminated.
