Mercedes-Benz C-Class: The new Beijing Benz C200 CGI, a car of continuous improvement.

No matter who Mercedes-Benz is compared with, it should be considered as the most connotative one. So the facelift of the new C-Class is not only about the work on shape and interior design. We naturally saw more convincing things, such as the upgrade of transmission and automatic safety which are very technical.

More than three years ago, Beijing Benz started to produce the C-Class. We highly evaluated this generation of W204 type C-Class cars. In the medium-sized car size category, it established the standards of comfort, safety, and quality for luxury brands. The new generation of Mercedes-Benz C-Class has become the preferred choice for middle-class families. Now, the mid-cycle facelift is obviously to consolidate such a good situation.

Under the condition that the overall contour and size ratio remain unchanged, we can almost immediately see the changes in the new C-Class: The headlights are the most obvious modification, with more dynamic curves that appear younger than the previous regularity. The internal shape design of the lamp group and the use of LED also highlight the sense of technology; the front fog lights have been replaced by elongated strip-shaped daytime running lights, which not only help driving safety but also show taste; accordingly, the design of the front bumper area has also been slightly modified, aiming to make this car more fashionable and trendy in terms of temperament. Apart from these, there are almost no other external changes except for the tail lights adopting LED light sources.

The interior design can be called a major surgery to reshape the image. The most basic change is the center console. The original design was too regular, basically following the standard template of German small family cars, which is far from the current trend of higher-end medium-sized cars. Therefore, the new C-Class uses more sculptural lines and regional divisions to create a more luxurious atmosphere that fits its brand image.

The new C-Class uses black and white color matching so skillfully and harmoniously, paired with the exclusive black岑wood decorative strips for the fashion model, and adorned with a few very eye-catching metal-colored chrome buttons, making it feel extremely textured.
