According to the accounts from the vehicle owners, the young man was driving a Jinbei van when he scratched two cars parked in their designated spots within the residential area, one of which was the female owner's Bora car. However, instead of stopping, after leaving the residential area, the Jinbei van rear-ended a taxi waiting for a red light. The taxi driver noticed the young man was drunk, but the young man insisted on resolving the matter privately. While attempting to park his vehicle on the side of the road, he collided with another car behind him.
