MinnPost (通讯员 陈文良 郑福利 记者 郭冰德) On the afternoon of September 7, after a series of investigations, the Longxun criminal investigation team of the Dehua County Public Security Bureau in Quanzhou city again questioned the "victim" and exposed the lie of the reported assault.
At noon on September 6, accompanied by her parents, Xiaofen (a pseudonym), a 13-year-old female student, tearfully reported to the Longxun criminal investigation team that at around 6 pm on September 5, while passing through Dongdaqiao Bridge, she was forcibly pulled into a black car parked at the bridgehead by several men. Inside the car, her hands were bound, and her mouth was covered with tape. The men forced her not to resist and said they would take her to Quanzhou for prostitution. Later, she escaped when the people in the car weren't paying attention.
After carefully questioning the victim, the duty investigators immediately launched an investigation. However, as the investigation progressed, some doubts gradually emerged. The investigators found that the location where Xiaofen claimed to have been forcibly pulled into the car was directly monitored by a security camera, and during the extended time period before and after the so-called "incident," there was no sign of any black car stopping. When reviewing the surveillance footage of the road sections where the car was supposed to drive away from the bridgehead, no relevant vehicles were found. Moreover, the victim claimed that she had called her teacher to ask for leave before the incident, but the location where she claimed to have made the call did not match the geographical position where the teacher received the call.
With many questions in mind, the investigators patiently questioned the "victim" again. Xiaofen then began to tell the truth, admitting that she had left school that evening to play on Sohu Space and was discovered by her parents. Afraid of being scolded, she fabricated the story of being assaulted!
