Rhinoplasty, also known as nose job, is a surgical procedure that reshapes the nose. It is one of the most common procedures in plastic surgery. Rhinoplasty can either reduce or increase the size of your nose, alter the shape of the tip or bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, or change the angle between your nose and upper lip. Additionally, it can correct congenital defects or injuries to the nose and even help alleviate some breathing problems.

The nose is often referred to as "the king of the face." Through rhinoplasty (using various domestic and international brands of tissue substitutes or autologous materials) and comprehensive treatments for round tips, wide noses, crooked noses, upturned noses, and hump noses, a more three-dimensional appearance can be achieved in the mid-face region. Nose reshaping surgeries, collectively called rhinoplasty (rhinoplasty), are among the most effective cosmetic surgeries in terms of improving appearance.

A standard rhinoplasty involves placing a pre-formed implant under the nasal fascia to change the shape of the nose. This procedure is suitable for those with a low and flat nose, and sometimes used to correct secondary deformities from cleft lips or post-traumatic saddle nose deformities.

The beauty standard for an ideal nose for Eastern women should be straight but not stiff, prominent but not rigid, with a slightly upward-turned tip, and a certain degree of curvature on the nasal dorsum. In general, rhinoplasty involves making a 1 cm incision inside the nostril, placing a pre-sculpted implant according to the individual's nose shape into the appropriate position, and then suturing the incision so that no scars are visible after surgery. The sutures are typically removed five days after the surgery.
