Qilu Network News (Reported by Yan Ming): Police officers are naturally embodiments of justice and authority. However, two police officers from Dianliu Police Station had their fingers injured by one person, and they were not even allowed to retaliate, which was truly frustrating. Therefore, the station set up a "Frustration Award" for them.

Recently, Dianliu Xincun Police Station received an alert about a person with intermittent mental illness causing trouble in the community. Officers Li Yi and Zheng Qiang immediately responded. Beside Yanzishan Road, in a residential building, a tall man was acting violently. The two officers quickly moved in to stop him but had to be careful not to harm him. This man, however, did not care about anything. During the struggle, one officer broke a finger, and the other also suffered a finger injury. Despite the pain, the two officers eventually managed to control the man.

Back at the station, the two young officers were extremely frustrated. Chief Lu Jianxing and Deputy Chief Jing Jing immediately consoled them. After some conversation, the two officers calmed down. This incident deeply touched Lu Jianxing. The officers were just performing their duties normally, yet such an unexpected situation occurred. Most importantly, it was difficult to relieve the frustration felt by the officers. Therefore, Lu Jianxing discussed with the station's leadership team and decided to establish a "Frustration Award." The "Frustration Award" focuses on the spiritual aspect, with inexpensive prizes, which Lu Jianxing covered himself. Officers Li Yi and Zheng Qiang received the "Frustration Award," and their frustrations were "awarded away."

After some time, another officer from the station responded to an alert at a KTV on Yanzishan Road and was hit by a drunken troublemaker. As a police officer, he still had to remain calm after being hit. Of course, he also received the "Frustration Award," and his frustration dissipated.
