While fleeing, Wang wrote a 13-page document and sent it to multiple organizations in an attempt to cover up her suspicion of murder.

Reported by Ning Jun of our newspaper.

A 22-year-old man named Zhao originally intended to seek medical treatment at his mistress' unlicensed clinic but ended up losing his life there.

It turns out that Zhao wanted to take possession of the mistress' daughter, who was under 16 years old, which enraged the 40-year-old woman.

In order to escape responsibility for the crime, this woman even wrote a lengthy document on the run, addressing the situation to the government, judicial departments, and media.

Incident: The body of a young man discovered beside a garbage platform

At around 8 a.m. on January 19 this year, the Baqiao Public Security Bureau received a report about a body wrapped in a gray blanket found next to a garbage platform in Beiling Village, Shilipu. The police immediately arrived at the scene and discovered that the deceased, approximately 22 years old, had no obvious external injuries except for two needle marks on the back of his left hand. Strangely, the corpse was dressed in a new suit, new socks, and wearing new gloves.

The police then began investigating the identity of the victim. Initially, the officers speculated it might be due to a medical accident or overdose of drug injection. Through investigations of missing person reports and DNA comparisons, the Baqiao police identified the victim as a 22-year-old man from Pucheng named Zhao. Prior to the incident, Zhao had maintained an improper relationship with a middle-aged woman named Wang who ran a clinic in Beiling Village. After the incident, Wang closed her clinic and disappeared. In a letter she sent to her landlord, she claimed to be receiving treatment in Shanghai. Since Wang possessed some medical knowledge and was a major suspect, she was placed on the online wanted list on March 18 at the age of 40.

With the assistance of the Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Xi'an Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Shilipu Police Station, the Criminal Investigation Brigade of the Baqiao Branch successively visited over 20 people related to Wang's social and family relations. It was learned that in early 2006, Zhao had rented and cohabited with Wang in Beiling Village. In June 2009, he moved to a guesthouse in Shilipu citing emotional incompatibility.

Investigation: A 40-year-old "doctor" injected drugs to "punish" her lover

Afterwards, the special investigation team traveled across several provinces including Shaanxi, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Xinjiang, and Shanxi, finally capturing Wang in Taiyuan, Shanxi on June 12. She was brought back to Xi'an the following morning. After interrogation, Wang confessed to the details of the crime.

According to Wang's confession, she met Zhao in 2006 and they started a romantic relationship. However, Zhao frequently asked her for money to gamble and had even hit her. What angered her most was that Zhao harbored inappropriate intentions towards her daughter, who was less than 16 years old. He attempted to possess her three times and threatened to send pornographic videos and photos on his mobile phone to her daughter.

Holding a grudge, Wang sought help from her friend Yan, who also rented a house in Beiling Village, discussing ways to deal with Zhao. At the end of 2009, Wang told Yan that she wanted to make Zhao mentally incapacitated and asked him to help purchase drugs. On January 12 this year, Zhao came to Wang's clinic for an IV drip due to a cold. The next day, Zhao moved to the inner room of the clinic, giving Wang the opportunity to inject the anesthetic drugs into Zhao's body.

Action leading to the death of her lover followed by mourning in the inner room of the clinic

According to police investigations, Zhao fell into a coma for the next two days. On the afternoon of January 15, after discovering Zhao's death, Wang locked the door to the inner room and continued operating the clinic in the outer room. Fantasizing that Zhao might still come back to life, Wang used an electric heater to warm Zhao's hands at night, repenting while recounting their relationship to the already deceased Zhao. On the 16th, she bought a suit, shoes, and socks for Zhao and dressed him in them. Due to the swelling of the corpse, the new leather shoes were unable to be worn. Wang also purchased fruits and offered incense burning ceremonies in the inner room of the clinic as a tribute to Zhao.

Although the corpse was stored in the inner room, Wang's clinic remained open until the 17th when it ceased operations. After failing to get help from Yan and her relatives to dispose of the body, at 4 a.m. on the 19th, Wang dragged Zhao's body to a garbage platform about 20 meters away from the clinic before fleeing.

After Wang was captured, Yan, the suspect, was arrested on June 14. Currently, both Wang and Yan have been criminally detained by the Baqiao police on suspicion of intentional homicide.

Self-narrative: Killing him "because he harassed my daughter"

It is understood that Wang had been running a clinic in Beiling Village for five years, but she did not have a physician's license. With only basic medical knowledge accumulated from working in other clinics, she opened this unlicensed black clinic in 2005. The case-handling officer said that Wang usually treated minor illnesses such as colds and fevers, and the most serious condition she handled was penicillin allergy.

Regarding Zhao, Wang insisted that the reason was only one point: in 2009, "I found out he was harassing my daughter." "I didn't expect this result," Wang confessed, "My original intention was that even if he became mentally incapacitated, I would still support him for life." Wang admitted that Zhao's death was not what she wanted, "He died, and I didn't know what to do, feeling sorry and regretful."

Therefore, after Zhao's death, Wang not only bought clothes and shoes but also purchased fruits and burned paper offerings in the inner room of the clinic. She said, "I felt it was right to buy things for him and burn paper offerings."

When questioned by the officer, "Do you hate him?" "Yes, I do, but we also have feelings from being together for many years," Wang replied.

The case-handling officer revealed that after being captured, Wang stated that her biggest regrets were not raising her child and being unable to take care of her parents in their old age, and also that her 'direct selling business' could not continue. Reported by Ning Jun of our newspaper.

Investigation: Ten thousand-word materials sent to public security, procuratorate, and court

The police-drawn escape route map of Wang showed that after dumping the body on January 19, she fled to Shanghai, returned to Xi'an on January 28, stayed for only half a month, then fled again to Korla in Xinjiang. At the end of February, she returned to Xi'an again, and a few days later escaped to Shanxi until she was caught. During her brief escape to Shanghai, Wang worked for a southern direct sales brand for a few days.

The police introduced that Wang had meticulous thinking, starting to conceive how to evade legal punishment since her escape. After continuous conception, writing, revision, and organization, she filled several centimeters thick drafts, eventually forming a 13-page, ten-thousand-word document. This document described her acquaintance and interaction with Zhao and pushed the crime suspicion onto others after "hearing about Zhao's death." After completing the manuscript in Taiyuan, she made ten copies, put them in envelopes, affixed stamps, and found kind-hearted people at the train station to take them to Shanghai and then mail them back to Xi'an. The recipient units included the Shilipu Police Station, the Baqiao Public Security Bureau, the Xi'an Municipal Public Security Bureau, the trade union, the procuratorate, the court, the Xi'an Municipal Government, and a certain TV station. This material with intricate plots was even selected by a TV program column to be made into a short play. Eventually, the special investigation team recovered eight copies of the material.

"Please cooperate with the investigation... Employee Zhao and Sun某某 etc., stole automobile parts," in the material, Wang referred to this case as the "March 2 Zhao murder case" to disguise her crime time and confuse the police. "Zhao's murder has a significant connection with his participation in theft and sharing profits with Sun某某."

"... Now Zhao suffered an inexplicable harm, the criminal set up false appearances to frame me, severely damaging my reputation..." Wang wrote, "From September 2008 to November 2009, for a whole year, Zhao had no job, no savings, lived in poverty, and promised to repay outside loans with the sale of those batches of automobile parts (referring to stolen automobile parts) and always thought about splitting the money with Sun某某... Sun某某 now killed for wealth, if I don't speak up, Zhao dies unjustly, and I am more unjustly accused." "In March 2006, Zhao moved into No. 8 courtyard... My clinic stuff was placed there. In March 2007, I got injured, Zhao took good care of my life, gradually understanding I was single, and we developed a romantic relationship. Realizing the age difference, I required to end it, but Zhao stubbornly believed he wanted to be with me."

According to police investigations, apart from Wang, Zhao had another 45-year-old mistress. "Zhao did indeed take automobile parts, but Wang's reporting material was just an attempt to shift the responsibility for murder to others." Said the case-handling officer, "After committing the crime, she kept conceiving and perfecting every detail," during police questioning, Wang answered fluently, consistent with the material.
