Tang, Want to Participate in Xinjiang
Tang, Xinjiang, Transfer
Yesterday, news broke on a website stating that Tang's joining of Xinjiang is a certainty, and the Jiangsu Provincial Sports Bureau has agreed in principle to this transfer. However, leaders from the Sports Bureau of Jiangsu Province and Nanjing Steel Club denied this message for the first time, and Tang himself also avoided commenting on the news.
The website reported the other day that Tang had been contacted individually by Xinjiang within the CBA, disclosing that Jiangsu has in principle allowed him to leave for next season. The report also analyzed that in the Dragons' recent more than 10 warm-up matches, Tang's figure was not seen within the team, leading to the conclusion that Tang's departure from Jiangsu is imminent, and his transfer to Xinjiang is a certainty. In fact, despite injuries, Tang arrived in Lianyungang on Thursday to fuel the Dragons team for the race.
Yesterday afternoon, when the reporter called Tang regarding the transfer, Min Wang, the general manager of Nanjing Iron Club, replied: "As a club manager, I do not know about the things written online; they are just writings online, but truly failed to materialize." Then the reporter called Director Zhang Shilin of the Jiangsu Provincial Sports Bureau's CBA department. Zhang Shilin was at a field meeting, and he stated: "You give us a call after I know, the things I really don’t know. Tang submits a transfer request every year, but I still have not been aware of any switch happening. I’m at the field, this is not clear." Whether at the club level or the CBA Sports Bureau, they have denied the rumor that Tang's transfer to Xinjiang is a certainty.
According to reports, in May, when Tang submitted a transfer request to the team. But soon after, Nangang Team began a continuous warm-up match campaign until two days prior to the end of the warm-up, before the team returned to Nanjing. Up to now, regarding the transfer, it is not on Datang's agenda.
For the transfer issue, Datang has specifically maintained a natural attitude, willing to fight, but he has usually considered that the choice isn't in his own hands. But at least up to now, like Datang himself, nobody has dared to promise that Tang will clinch a move to Xinjiang next season.
