2. For accidents with clear responsibility and insurance coverage, complete documentation that is authentic, and small claims not involving personal injury (below 2000 yuan), compensation can be made within 1 working day.

3. No designated accident vehicle repair shops. When clients have a need, reputable repair units with second-class or higher maintenance qualifications, as determined by the local automobile repair management department, with good credibility and high-quality repairs can be recommended to clients. Supervision will be conducted on the repair quality and repair duration of the recommended auto repair shops.

4. After receiving client claims complaints, a satisfactory response will be provided within 24 hours; for more complex situations, a response will be given within 3 working days.
