Little Eyes Brother
The eyes of Little Eyes Brother were so small that they looked like slits. When he sat there without speaking, you wouldn't know whether he was sleeping or awake, just like a winter tree. One time, when Little Eyes Brother went for a medical examination, the doctor asked him to open his eyes wider while checking his vision. His eyes were too small and couldn't be opened very wide. The doctor became impatient and said, "How can you read the eye chart with your eyes always squinting like that?" Little Eyes Brother replied, "My mom gave me such a pair of small eyes, what can I do?"
Although Little Eyes Brother's eyes were small, his insight was particularly good. One time on a bus, a thief was stealing money from a blind old lady. No one noticed it except Little Eyes Brother. Actually, a big-eyed uncle also saw it but deliberately closed his eyes and pretended not to see. Little Eyes Brother felt sorry for the blind old lady. He wanted to stop the thief, but seeing several accomplices of the thief who all had ferocious appearances, he was afraid they would beat him. However, he could not bear to let it happen. After some thought, he walked up to the thief and took out a pack of candy from his pocket and said to the thief, "Uncle, have some candy. My grandma bought it for me."
"Who am I? Tell my fortune. A: Are you a male? B: Yes, you are very right. A: Your age is between twenty and fifty. B: Quite accurate. A: Are you Chinese? Isn't she able to see?" This made the thief's face red and he slunk away.
