Yin Tian Shi, the master of Tianshui Hall, with the pseudonym "Fisherman of the天河", real name Bing Qiang, is from Hezhou, Guangxi. Since 1996, he has graduated successively from the Guangxi Arts Institute, the China Academy of Art, the Chinese Academy of Art Postgraduate School, and the Chinese Painting Creation Institute. He studied under famous traditional Chinese painters such as Zhu Pei Jun, Man Wei Qi, Zhang Fu Xing, Zeng Xian Guo, Cheng Zhen Guo, and Cui Xiao Dong. His family has a deep-rooted artistic heritage; born in 1973 into a family specializing in Yi studies (Chinese cosmology), Yin was influenced by his elders from an early age. By nature, he loves to explore famous mountains and great rivers across the land. Whenever he encounters a scenic beauty, he becomes ecstatic. In his painting philosophy, he advocates understanding landscapes through their forms, numbers, principles, energy, and shapes. He reveres traditional brushwork, learning from nature, capturing the essence of true mountains and waters, and achieving profoundness in ink and brush. His works have been exhibited multiple times in domestic and international grand exhibitions organized by the Ministry of Culture of China, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the China Artists Association, and they have been collected by institutions such as the Yan Huang Art Museum of China, Zhongnanhai, the China Academy of Art, the Chinese Painting Creation Institute, the Guangxi Museum, and private collectors.

He has served as deputy editor-in-chief of the Chinese "Huaxia Fine Arts" and "Guohua Classic" magazines, as a director of the China Shitao Art Research Institute, art director of A2spease (International Art Space), and as a director of the Guangxi Art Development Promotion Association. Currently, he is a professional painter at the China Academy of Art, the Chinese Academy of Art Postgraduate School, and the Chinese Painting Creation Institute.

Yin Tian Shi has collaborated closely with renowned artists like Man Wei Qi, Wang Cheng Xi, Guo Yi Zong, Fan Yang Long Rui, Jin Shang Yi, and Li Kui Zheng.
