The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as: "a state of complete physical, mental well-being and good adaptability, rather than merely the absence of disease or infirmity." Health is divided into three major dimensions: physical, psychological, and social. You can compare yourself to the 10 health standards proposed by the World Health Organization to see if you are healthy.

World Health Organization Health Standards:

1. Full of energy, able to handle daily life and work stress calmly without feeling overly tense.

2. Optimistic in dealing with matters, positive attitude, willing to take on responsibilities, not picky.

3. Good at resting, sleeps well.

4. Strong adaptability.

5. Able to resist common colds and infectious diseases.

6. Appropriate weight, well-proportioned body, coordinated position of head, shoulders, and arms when standing.

7. Bright eyes, quick reactions, no eyelid inflammation.

8. Clean teeth, no cavities, no pain; normal color of gums, no bleeding.

9. Shiny hair, no dandruff.

10. Muscles and skin are elastic, walks lightly and powerfully.
