In the process of elevating Hainan International Tourism Island construction to a national strategy, it has embodied the wisdom and hard work of the CPPCC National Committee and provincial CPPCC committee members. On the afternoon of March 3rd, at the opening session of the third meeting of the 11th CPPCC National Committee, CPPCC Chairman Jia Qinglin delivered a work report on behalf of the Standing Committee of the 11th CPPCC National Committee.
