I am a teacher from Linjiayao Yifu Primary School in Xining City, Qinghai Province. In September 2007, a new principal took office (this principal had caused disunity at Fuxiang Primary School due to fighting with teachers and was transferred to Bayilu Primary School, where he also caused chaos. Despite his bad habits, he still fought with a single mother teacher at Bayilu Primary School, knocking out two of her teeth, resulting in a reprimand and transfer to our school). Before he was transferred, friends warned me that this principal has a strong retaliatory mentality, an extremely narrow mind, and is a well-known "gangster principal" in the East District. Since then, hellish days have begun. First, he curses people regardless of the occasion, using phrases like "parents" and "balls" as common sayings, and cursing people at meetings has become a daily routine. Second, his work lacks principles, he acts unfairly and simply, such as an English teacher whose teaching results were not ideal, so he made this teacher write a self-examination report. The teacher wrote more than ten reports, was publicly named and cursed at meetings, and was eventually forced into a mental hospital. Without passing through the staff congress, he independently compiled the "Linxi精细化 Management System Compilation" by downloading materials online, piecing them together, and creating it in isolation. This system varies from person to person, thus being called the "division of labor, division of family, division of hearts" regulations by everyone. For his "kept" three mistresses (Tang**, Deng**, Li**), there are many benefits in evaluations and promotions, while punishment rules are virtually non-existent. He makes it difficult for other teachers to take normal leave, even saying things like "Are all your family members dead?" Most of his time every day is spent chatting or "planting and stealing vegetables" in his office. When he goes on official business outside, he leaves the office key to his first mistress Tang** and asks her to help "steal vegetables". This music teacher boasts about it in the office, acting arrogantly, causing incalculable influence on other newly arrived teachers. Finally, the reason he is called a "gangster principal" is not something any teacher said, but because there are writings in the student's toilet like "Gangster Principal Whore King", which is how students secretly call him. Every noon, Tang** stays closed in the principal's office until working hours, receiving special care from him. Every morning, he buys breakfast for her, during exams, the principal sends chocolate to her via the director, and after work every day, he uses the school's public car privately to carry his "mistresses" for outings. When she is sick or needs leave, it goes without saying that it is convenient. Even worse, when Tang** caught a cold, he personally accompanied her, astonishing the entire school faculty and students. Such a principal was, in September 2009, awarded the title of "Top Ten Principals of Xining City" without the knowledge of the teachers, making people ashamed. In the two years since he came to our school, he has become increasingly rampant, harming the originally pure atmosphere of Linxia, and affecting more than 1300 students. It has caused incalculable consequences for students, parents, and teachers. Therefore, on January 6, 2010, nine middle-level cadres of our school truthfully reported these situations to the Chengdong District Education Bureau of Xining City. We thought the nightmare-like days were over, but such a principal still holds his position, and there are many hidden dealings behind it, which everyone knows clearly. I have lost hope, living under someone else's roof, I need to eat, but I am unwilling. I want to speak out the inner voice of the teachers and students of Linxia, hoping that someone can stand up for these more than 60 teachers and more than 1300 students, and restore the sanctity of our campus.
