Blogspot restores normal access

I just accidentally opened the official Google Reader blog and was surprised to find that Blogspot is accessible. I don't know if it's because the tiger is dozing off or if it's officially been unblocked. If it's officially unblocked, that would be great. I think quite a number of people use Blogspot, but I look forward even more to FeedBurner and Flickr being unblocked.

I am with Beijing Netcom and can access it normally. I just asked some of my friends and they confirmed they can also access it. Everyone is welcome to provide feedback on your access situation and let us know your location and bandwidth.
