Gurgle.com is a new social site for parents and soon-to-be-parents. Of course, you don't have to be either of those things -- just like kids, or have a lot of nieces and nephews, or be thinking about having kids someday -- to get something out of Gurgle.com. Still stumped? Gurgle.com is a site about parenting. With the power of the social network that runs throughout the site, it's a very useful resource for parents and soon-to-be-parents. They're big on content, from articles about birthing positions to videos about breathing techniques, they've got it all. When you sign up for a Gurgle account, there are several user types to choose from: visitor, soon-to-be-mom or soon-to-be-dad, and proud parent. As a proud parent, you can create individual profiles for each of your children (which may not be in line with national policy). Not to compare your kids to dogs, but it's the same model as Dogster, where your child's profile is nested within yours. Currently, based on the user type selected at registration
