The floor used Bao Deli teak solid wood flooring, which is relatively expensive, costing 87 yuan per piece. Mrs. Ying managed to negotiate it down to 85 yuan per piece. There are reasons and values for the high price. This type of flooring is hard, highly durable, and most importantly, it looks good with fine texture and delicate wood grain.
