On the 28th, an efficient and energy-saving rare earth permanent magnet coreless motor was born in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. On the same day, the National Development and Reform Commission held a promotion conference on site in Shenzhen. After being recognized by a group of academicians and experts: Shenzhen Antoshan Special Electromechanical Co., Ltd., through independent innovation and development of products with independent intellectual property rights, achieved a major breakthrough in the design of coreless motors (including rare earth permanent magnet motors), filling the domestic gap, and both the research and development and industrialization levels are among the world's leading.
According to reports, the rare earth permanent magnet coreless motor is a new type of special motor that represents the future development direction of the motor industry. It adopts coreless, brushless, no magnetic resistance damping, and rare earth permanent magnet power generation technology, changing the traditional motor's use of silicon steel sheets and wound stator structure, combined with independently developed electronic intelligent frequency conversion technology, making the motor system efficiency reach more than 95%. In terms of performance, it has four major advantages: "high-efficiency energy saving", "lightweight material saving", "good speed regulation", and "strong reliability".
Currently, China's high-performance permanent magnet materials have been industrialized, and the large-scale industrialization conditions for rare earth permanent magnet coreless motors have been met. According to preliminary estimates, if one-third of the newly added motors in China are replaced by this new type of motor, then nearly 50 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity can be saved each year, saving 500,000 tons of silicon steel sheets and 20,000 tons of copper, creating nearly 10 billion yuan in output value.
