Gangsters infiltrated the venue and detonated a bomb, massacring dozens of international police officers in attendance. The gang's atrocity outraged the international community, prompting police forces from various countries to unite in response, putting the criminal network under threat of destruction. In light of this, the five major drug lords and two transnational gangs decided to establish a crime center on the border of China, using forceful eviction and leveraging the concealment of primeval jungles to construct the largest drug base in China's history. This operation encompassed drug production, transportation, and smuggling, forming an underground channel spanning the United States, China, and Southeast Asia.
