Heng Ge stated in his personal blog that the "Personal Media Express" conveys the information BlogBus wants to express, to the fullest extent.
According to a message on July 24th from 17Tech, Heng Ge's blog revealed that when BlogBus completes the upgrade of its backend technical architecture and front-end redesign in September, it will also launch a new website logo. In the new LOGO, what stands out is "Personal Media Express."
As one of China's professional Blog Service Providers (BSP), BlogBus has taken a different path compared to most domestic BSPs since its establishment. When most BSPs treat user-generated content as "property," BlogBus remains committed to its service philosophy. "We will not treat users' Blogs as the 'property' of the website. Users' Blogs always belong to the users themselves; they are each user's lifelong personal property. What we provide is just a platform," said Heng Ge, CEO of BlogBus.
Heng Ge mentioned that for now, BlogBus should first see itself as a media platform, or even an extension of a media platform.
It was learned that in the past six months, the growth rate of new registered users, relocated users, and VIP users on BlogBus has exceeded the company's expectations. And to this day, BlogBus has not really carried out large-scale promotional activities. Heng Ge said that more and more users coming through word-of-mouth are the most valuable asset for a BSP.
Heng Ge believes that in China's Internet landscape, past models and techniques do not represent future value. Only by constantly experimenting can one maintain the courage to innovate, affirm the direction of the future, and persist until achieving greater value.
BlogBus.com is China's first Blog hosting service provider (Blog Service Provider) and also the first Chinese-language Blog site to operate commercially and offer paid services.
