Perhaps users in China cannot access it (which is why I didn't directly post this link but instead referenced my blog), but don't worry—just find a proxy and you're good to go. This website is called Flickr Toys, and it's really cool. Besides this online picture-making application launched for Mother's Day, there are many other photo applications such as magazine covers, CD covers, movie posters, and some tool applications specifically for Flickr users.
