Fifth season of the整形室

The story begins with a plastic surgery center in South Florida called McNamara Troy. The owners of this surgical center are Dr. McNamara and Dr. Troy. Besides their work in the operating room, these two doctors, who are approaching middle age, also have troubling personal lives to worry about. At the start of the second season, as they both turn 40, Sean McNamara's relationship with his wife is in crisis, and he is trying hard to restore their relationship to what it was before. Christian Troy, on the other hand, is a charming playboy with no stable romantic life. Behind his carefree and glamorous exterior lies a lonely heart. Christian's distractions and troubles caused by other work often require Sean to resolve them for him.
