Secret train
Last century due to the development and changes in domestic and international situations, China's independent nuclear industry plan was in full swing. Against this backdrop, a mysterious train traveling between the capital Beijing and the northwest nuclear base took on the secret task of transporting nuclear experts to the nuclear base. Long Fei, the head of Beijing's Public Security Special勤Service Bureau, joined the escort team for the nuclear experts and became the leader of the first transport mission. The beautiful female attendant Xin Hongyu fell in love with Long Fei at first sight. However, the four nuclear experts on the train were crucial to the overall plan for national nuclear weapons development. Long Fei had a heavy responsibility and could not afford any negligence.
Long Fei discovered and apprehended the suspects who were trying to sabotage the transportation of the nuclear experts. Just as he was about to interrogate them, the train suddenly encountered a package on the tracks ahead. The package found on the train tracks turned out to be a dismembered human body, and the frequent occurrence of dismemberment cases made the investigation of the train explosion case more complicated. The real culprit behind the dismemberment cases was finally revealed. The murderer, Yin Dalong, was exceptionally cruel and cunning. After meticulous planning, the murderer designed a scheme to hijack the secretly transported nuclear expert Yang Youting.
After some detective work, Long Fei and Xiao Ke discovered that Zhou Mingtian, the superior spy of the Plum Blossom Organization, was behind the scenes manipulating events. Long Fei infiltrated the spy network by posing as an agent in an attempt to penetrate the Plum Blossom Organization. Unexpectedly, the stubborn Du Mingming also infiltrated Zhou Mingtian's side, getting entangled in a love triangle with Zhou Mingtian and Xiao Ke. Later, Du Mingming was strangled to death in the gymnasium. It was then discovered that the captured nuclear expert Yang Youting was a fake, as someone was impersonating him and attempting to infiltrate the nuclear base. Ultimately, it was confirmed that Zhou Mingtian was not the perpetrator of the explosion case; there was another person behind it. Zhou Mingtian was pushed off a cliff, and some members of the Plum Blossom Organization were arrested. Despite appearances of calm, greater evil and truth remained hidden.
Xie Baoyin attempted to poison Long Fei, killed Xin Hongyu, and tried to kill Professor Yang before committing suicide. From a series of events, Long Fei detected the presence of enemies. The true enemy, a larger boss of the Plum Blossom Organization, had been lurking within the public security organization for years. "Secret Train" inherits the thrilling and mysterious style of Zhang Baorui's novel series. With tightly woven plots, it portrays the complex struggles between enemies and allies, where good and evil are hard to distinguish, and light and shadow intertwine, creating psychological tension and excitement. The relationships between characters are complex and difficult to discern: lovers, enemies, confidants, and rivals. It is through their confrontations that the story reaches its climax.
Wang Yajie's identity in the drama adds another highlight. Her exposure brings even more shocking secrets, propelling the development of the plot. Currently, the show has finished filming in Yuci, Shanxi, and will continue shooting in locations such as Dunhuang and Jiayuguan.
