Taro Onitsuka is the personnel director of a large enterprise. He has always been strict with himself and impartially enforces the company's rules. He shows no mercy to employees who cannot contribute to the company, and people throughout the company are afraid of him. Onitsuka is a textbook workaholic who believes life doesn't need leisure. He works tirelessly and silently endures the torment of his stomach ailment. One evening, while Onitsuka was on his way home after work, he encountered a kitten. The adorable demeanor of the kitten made Onitsuka unable to leave it behind. This charming little creature subtly changed the ironclad heart of the personnel director. Because he feared his wife would oppose, Onitsuka kept the kitten in an unused room at the company.
