At the start of the new semester, Sasa and Nao become third-year students at Fenonai Academy's all-girls middle school, living an ordinary school life. Meanwhile, Mibo and Miwa, along with Bolun, fall into a long slumber after their previous battle. At the Garden of Light, the queen, injured from the fierce battle, splits into several pieces and disappears into the distance. At the same time, Sasa and Nao are attacked by Sakana. Suddenly, Miwa and Mibo awaken, using their new transformation devices to once again transform, finding that their powers have increased. In order to restore the queen, who has lost her memory and original form, Sasa and Nao, along with the now stronger Mibo, Miwa, and Bolun, will embark on a new story with the mysterious girl, Koto Akutsu.
