A nominal government minister of a French department, Vincent Sevril Brownshet, is a middle-aged man with sad eyes. His girlfriend, Michelle Troli (Lily Levinna), is a pretty woman who spends money extravagantly. Vincent is bewitched by her beauty and lets her live an extremely luxurious life. Later, Vincent is forced to resign and joins the protest movement on the streets of Paris. After a short period of time, a harmonious world emerges, filled with beautiful women, magnificent skyscrapers, and luxuries that were previously only available to the political elite. Vincent lives an ordinary life among the common people, his position taken over by the strong but silent Ciothier Pask Vincent. Ciothier always sits beside his pet, a panther, considering it the happiest thing. Ciothier soon drives Vincent out of his building, making Vincent's life difficult. Michelle, tired of Vincent's lack of status and wealth which can no longer satisfy her extravagant lifestyle, runs off with another man. Fortunately, under the guidance of Vincent's mother, Marie Michel Piccoli, Vincent optimistically faces everything and instead finds pleasure in a life free from political pressure. He can play the guitar by the window, drink wine with old friends, do everything he wants to do. Entertainment, relaxation, and friendship become his refuge, and a life away from politics can be so rich.
