It's really hard to describe this service in simple terms. Generally speaking, 24oclocks aggregates all your tweets from a day into a 24-hour table, and then combines these daily tables to form a record of your activities. However, it's not just your personal record; when you input your Twitter account, the displayed table will also include the daily schedules of your friends, like this one. If I must say what the use of this extended service is, I think it merely aggregates the comment records of your social circle, and there doesn't seem to be much other practical use.
