lingr - an open chat room

Lingr is an open chatroom service that has just been online for a short while. Here, you can choose to enter a room you like or create a new one. If you just want to join in chatting, you don't have to register an account to start speaking. Currently, there are already many chatrooms with themes covering various aspects. Of course, some of them inevitably involve adult topics. However, there doesn't seem to be any chatroom with a Chinese theme yet.
