Google bets on biotech company 23andMe

Google has invested around $3.9 million in 23andMe, a biotech company also located in Mountain View. 23andMe was created in 2006 by Anne Wojcicki, the wife of Google co-founder Sergey Brin. Eric Schmidt said that Wojcicki's company focuses on helping people understand and watch their genetic information.
