Istalkr: Track your RSS

Istalkr is here to solve this problem for you. After registering as a user, you can create a "lifestream" that aggregates all your RSS feeds while simultaneously tracking updates from these feeds. Currently, it supports Digg, Del.icio.us, Ma.gnolia, Flickr, Last.fm, Google Reader’s Shared Items, Tumblr, and Twitter. Additionally, you can also create a "timeline" which, when embedded into your blog, allows you to easily track and apply these RSS feeds directly on your own blog.
