Dropsend does not have an advantage in terms of storage space size. Free users can only get 250MB of space. However, after testing, I still decided to recommend this service. As a foreign file upload service, its upload speed is indeed quite good. It offers two methods of uploading: web upload and client upload. The web upload is usually around 40k per second at the fastest. However, if other network traffic is being used simultaneously, it will only be about 20k per second. You can upload five files at once without any restrictions on individual file size.
The client software does not need to be installed like most other client software. It is a green software that can be opened directly by double-clicking. After logging into your account, you can start uploading, also with the ability to upload five files at once. You can also choose to send a file to an email address without uploading it first. Of course, the file must still be uploaded to the server in this case.
However, Dropsend has some unsatisfactory aspects. It cannot provide a file download link. If you want to share a file with someone else, you must use the file sending function to send it to their email. This is somewhat inconvenient. That's all for the introduction. If you're interested, you can test it yourself. It might still be a decent choice as a regular online disk.
