TwiterMass, which I saw on ReadWrite the other day, is a smart tool: search for keywords, find twitter users you can Follow, and then follow those who are most interested. TwitterMass also has a new feature: If a user does not Follow back for a certain period of time, TwitterMass will automatically unfollow that user. (Via)
