Mobile Twitter web client recommendation: Dabr

I have been looking for a mobile Twitter application that supports "in reply to", with a web-based version being the priority, since I don't need background notifications. The reason for recommending Dabr: it is a web application accessible by any mobile browser; it supports "in reply to" replies; it directly displays TwitPic images; it allows direct uploading and posting of pictures from a mobile device; and it supports touchscreen operations.
