The new internal test of the Eight Treasures Box gives it a completely new look.

Today I received an invitation for the beta testing of the new version of BaoBox: BaoBox has recently undergone a redesign, and some registered users have been selected to participate in this beta test.

You can start this trial experience by visiting www.8box.com. The username and account remain the same as the old version. Meanwhile, the old version at www.8box.cn will continue to operate normally. Data from the new version will be cleared after the trial period ends. So I eagerly went to test it out: My first impression is that the UI interface is not as striking as the first version. Perhaps it's because it's still in the internal testing phase, and the official team is focusing on improving and enhancing the functionality, leaving the UI design until last - you can guess this from the logo that doesn't quite look like one! In terms of functionality, the new version finally supports uploading music files, which is probably the most important feature since external links used to break easily. However, it seems that currently music can only be uploaded within groups (called "FanTuan"). But I think there's hope that users will be able to upload music while adding music, though Baobox will need to address the rather tricky issue of duplicate music uploads first.
