On February 24, 3G Gateway released the "2009 Mobile Experience White Paper." The white paper summarized the feedback from tens of thousands of heavy mobile users (i.e., those who use the internet on their phones) regarding product experiences. The "1,000 dissenting opinions" directly pointed out issues present in current products.
In addition to collecting 1,000 genuine opinions from mobile users about phones, the white paper also included predictions for mobile product trends in 2009 and the results of the best mobile phone user experience award for 2008.
