Free users can create fields including:

* Text

* Multiple choice

* Single choice

* Star rating

Paid users can also create fields such as maps, file uploads, videos, etc.

One downside is that there is no option to publicly display the survey results; only administrators can view them.

Additionally, you can set up a redirect to your website after form submission and customize templates.
