Hangout.net: Build your 3D virtual room!

Earlier, JarryJarry talked about "Building your 3D Scene Chat Room in Lively," a 3D virtual scene service from Google. Similarly, a better 3D scene service has been discovered. It is: Hangout.net.

At Hangout.net, you can customize your own room and feel fully engaged with your friends. Exchange favorite brands with friends, share media experiences, and get an immersive 3D environment that helps save on your daily entertainment investment :)

After successful registration, the system will detect your system environment and prompt you to download about 400K of plug-ins. As you can see from the screenshot below: Hangout.net supports Firefox browser very well.

Once the plugin is installed, log back in and start creating your 3D room. The first step is to set up your avatar. It's kind of like a paper doll system like QQ Show.
